About Denver County Court Docket

Denver court records are divided among independently administered County Court offices and Colorado Judicial Branch courts. The right starting point depends on the case type and number. We built this private reference resource to connect readers with the official Denver County Court portal, the state docket calendar, and the clerk office that can provide the underlying file.

Why We Built This Site

Colorado court access is broad, but Denver has an unusual split. Denver County Court keeps municipal, misdemeanor, traffic, small-claims, and lower-value civil dockets through its own clerk and portal. The Clerk of Court, Denver District Court keeps felony, major civil, and domestic-relations records. Probate and Juvenile are separate Denver courts. We organize the official search paths, case-number clues, clerk contacts, and request steps so readers can route a case to its actual custodian.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Denver County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Colorado court, clerk, city office, or state agency. Our role has firm limits:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

An official or certified record must come from the Denver clerk or trial court that owns the case. We can identify the likely office, but cannot issue the document.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages and control their own prices, results, and services. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not control the provider's data or fees.
